"Cheese Waterfall" Itaewon Cheese Specialist CHEESE A LOT



Kimbap Lung would like to introduce a recent SUPER famous grilled cheese restaurant which located nearby Itaewon. It is cheese specialist "CHEESE A LOT"!!

10mins walk from Noksapyong (녹사평) subway staion 



At the basement floor

OK~ Let's take a look the menu!!






We ordered a 2ppl Set (60000won).
It included Main Dish + Pasta + Salad + House Wine!! Seems a lot!!




Red meat and red wine are always the perfect match!

 Red wine from Italy, soft and sweet. Especially suitable for lady!


While waiting for our food, we were curious how the chef deal with the cheese.


Cut the cheese to smaller size.




We were given a small cheese (produced from Korea) to have a try~~
Wooooo!! A bit hard but no strong flavor! Love it!!

Heating the cheese and be used in our coming dish!!! 
Really looking for the "Cheese Waterfall" as saw in internet!!!!!
  
Here is our set dinner!!!!

Salad:  BOCCONCINI CHEESE SALAD

Fresh vegetable + Bocconcini cheese + Italian vinegar dressing

Bocconcini are small mozzarella cheeses the size of an egg. They are semi-soft, white and rindless unripened mild cheeses which produced in Korea and made from a combination of water buffalo and cow's milk. Due to its mild flavor, it is good match with vegetable with dressing Italian vinegar!  




Pasta:  SPICY CREAM PASTA 


Spicy Seed + Cream Cheese + Shredded Cheese + Pasta

Our flavor dish!!!! Must Eat Item!

This is chef's self-developed recipe. By using spicy seed and cream cheese, seems a bit oily but actually the oil is from spicy seed and  no oily feeling when we ate it. A bit spicy but very creamy! Can't stop eating!!! 



 Main Dish:  SIRLOIN AND HOT VEGETABLES

 Finally!!!!!!!!! Cheese Waterfall is coming!!!!!!!!!

Beef (sirloin) + Vegetables + Raclette Cheese


 Really cheese a lotttttttttttttttttttt!!!!



Amazing!!!!!







The sirloin is just medium, tender and juicy. Well control!! And Raclette Cheese, made from Holland, the flavor is quite light so it is perfect match when tasting the sirloin with grilled Raclette Cheese!! Super delicious!!!!!!! 






The staff introduced us another cheese which produced in Korea. It has heavy flavor and much salty. It is good to serve with pock.


Final and final~ 
Free Handmade Beer!!!! Sooooo Fruity!!!! Must Try!!!! 




This restaurant is also recommended by TV program "Tasty Road"!!!!!!!!
